In the summer of 1999, John Persinger set out to form a company that could offer quality products at a reasonable price. A straight forward style of business that people would not have to constantly check the pricing of, for added little tricks:
(fuel surcharge,shop supplies, delivery charges, handling charges etc.)
We believe in treating our customers the way we would like to be treated. When our customers do well, we do well. To help in that endeavor, we provide the best products and offer the best prices possible. Often times, customers are amazed to find we sell products that are better quality,(brand name)and cost much less than they would have to pay if purchased through a buying group.
How We Stand Out
Some of our competitors push a "low price" contract which in fine print states that you need to buy all the parts they recommend, or you void your contract. They claim you get 15% off by being a contract holder. One example was when a contract customer was quoted $1825 for a $1100 factory list part. The customer was quoted $1500 for the part with the Contract discount. Our regular price for that part would have been $900, if the customer really needed it, which they did not. They currently use us now, with no contract, and are still using the same part, which is fine and has no sign of wear. We stand firm on the belief that if the customer is not satisfied with our performance, we want to get the situation resolved as soon as possible so that they are .
